This is Pyper. I had been wanting a German Shepherd for quite some time. I kind of gave up looking and months later went to the animal shelter to just look around. I turned around and there she was. She was really the only dog not barking. She just sat there appearing nervous. I immediately asked for information on her and was able to adopt her a few days later. When I finally brought her home she was very scared and it became obvious she had been abused. It didn't take long though for her to warm up to me and me to find out what these dogs are like. Goofy and loyal are how I would put it. She really is one of a kind.
