Our German Shepherd Mix, Muddy Mabel

This is Mabel. She got loose one night, and came back all muddy, so we call her Muddy Mabel. She is 1 year, 3 months, and 7 days old!

This picture was taken in the bathroom as my boyfriend and I were drawing her bath. She hates baths! As you can see, she was hiding in the closet, but still curious. She is a very curious puppy.

She is a German Shepherd Mix, but we do not know her other half. She mostly resembles a German Shepherd except for her floppy ears, and her HUGE tongue! That isn't even a quarter of it showing in the picture.

On this night that she escaped, she found her way back after 3 hours. We were so happy to have our sweet girl back, she is such a joy in our lives and mine and my boyfriend's first "child." When we get married and then live together, we will formally become one happy family!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful Muddy Mabel with us. I don't know why, but for some reason, as soon as I read her name, I thought she sounded like a character from one of the Harry Potter books!

She is one cute puppy and congratulations on sharing your life with her. She is definitely a unique little girl and very pretty too. And it is very easy to see the GSD in her.

Continued success with Muddy Mabel, one fine German Shepherd Dog mix if I ever saw one. And definitely the winner of the best dog name I've heard this month! ;)
